The Photographic Analysis Document is a reprint of the original investigation done by Lt. Col. Wendelle C. Stevens (Ret.) in the late 70s and early 80s. Wendelle Stevens spent many years investigating the Billy Meier contacts and the results of his work were published in UFO contact from the Pleiades - A Preliminary Investigation Report (ISBN: 0-9608558-2-3) and UFO contact from the Pleiades - A Supplementary Investigation Report (ISBN: 0-9608558-4-X).

There were only 2000 copies of each of these books printed and therefore the information contained inside, the SCIENTIFIC PROOF of Billy's contacts with extraterrestrials, has remained unavailable and effectively "locked away" from the public at large. Occasionally, these two rare and long sought after books find their way onto an eBay auction fetching more than $100 per copy. Fortunately, Wendelle has recently allowed us to offer excerpts from from his investigative reports which are contained in the Photographic Analysis Document and are available for $9 (download).

This 23-page document is very technical and describes the methods used for analyzing and evaluating Billy's UFO pictures. The first section was written by Wendelle Stevens which gives a broad overview of the test procedures:

The second section is the report filed by lead photo investigator, Jim Dilettoso. Jim's knowledge, experience and attention to detail brought the scientific evidence of the UFO photo analysis to the forefront of the investigation.
